syariah fintech growth in industriy revolution 5.0
Currently, the development of fintech (financial technology) is growing in Indonesia, not to mention the syariah economic industry is also competing in financial technology and providing financial services based on Islamic law. A number of studies have shown the potential of sharia fintech applications, along with the future challenges that will be face by syariah fintech in Indonesia. ALAMI Sharia is one of the pioneers in the field of syariah fintech with the specification of crowdfunding funds from the public and channeling it to encourage the development of MSMEs that have difficulty getting capital injections from banks. The growth of ALAMI Sharia which has drastically increased in just 3 years is an interesting case study to discuss that it can become learning material for other syariah fintech. Operational cost efficiency, Strict funding assessment standards, employees dominated by young generations, conducive office-culture, and human resource management that not only emphasizes target achievement but alignment of productivity with Islamic values that are consistently applied have proven to be able to turn ALAMI Sharia into the best syariah fintech in Indonesia today.

INTERNAL CONTROL AND BUSINESS SUSTAINABILITY OF ANTI-RIBA COMMUNITY
This study aims to analyze the internal control practices of the Anti-Riba Community in the Sharia property business. This study applies a case study method using PT Azzura Griya Utama, a Shariah property business, as the research object. Data were collected using in-depth interviews with the company’s CEO and described qualitatively. The findings show that the internal control components, to some extent, have been implemented in the company. As a high-risk potential business, because it does not involve banks in their transactions with customers, it appears to need mechanisms and procedures to mitigate risks if customer problems occur. The company relies on control that is more personal and cultural by strengthening education on Sharia values. Other components of internal control continue to be improved as the company realizes the business is growing.

The Thoughts of Sheikh Al Maududi and Ayatollah Baqir Shadr on Interest
The past victories of Islam were weakened by stagnating scientific progress, slowing Muslim economic growth, and weakening military power in Islamic countries, and were easily defeated by the West. During this period, scholars were stigmatized as closed doors to Izhad and experienced a so-called sluggishness in which there was little development and innovation in both religion and science. Open the door to Ijtihad such as Johor ulema Dato' Syed Salim Abdullah al-Attas (1873-1899), Dato' Abdullah Musa (1899-1907), Syed 'Abd Qadir Muhsin al-Attas (1909 -1933) ) and Syed Alwi Tahir al-Haddad (1933-1941). Currently, Muslims are undergoing various attacks from scientific and economic aspects, especially in relation to interest, and until now, there are still some Muslims who do not consider interest, especially bank interest, to be haram. It's a pity. That's why scholars tried to empower Muslims, such as Sunni Abul Ala al-Moudi and Shia Sheikh Bakr Sadr. This study uses a literature review method with reference to selected journals and books and aims to explore whether there are differences between Sunnis and Shiites regarding this interest.

Poverty is the main reason for moral hazart and the unstable economy of a nation. Cash waqf exists to solve and overcome these socio-economic problems. Cash waqf has universal power and strength where every individual will be able to donate wealth without certain limits. Cash waqf is also very strategic in building and presenting employment areas and reducing unemployment in selective production activities according to Sharia rules and benefits. waqf has the potential to empower the real sector and strengthen economic fundamentals. Gen Z and Support Towards Islamic Commercial and Social Finance Integration
e integration of Islamic commercial and social finance is receiving increasing attention, especially as the global economy attempts to recover from the aftermath of Covid-19. Therefore, it is important to examine what factors contribute to the success of the integration of Islamic commercial and social finance. One form of integration is operational integration between Islamic banks and ZISWAF institutions (zakat, infaq, sadaqa, and waqf). These institutions could offer various joint products, including specialized savings accounts where profit sharing is distributed directly to the social institution rather than to the account holders. The objective of this study is to analyse the determinants of Generation Z's intention to support the program. The Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model is used to analyse the responses of 425 Muslim Gen Z in Bogor. The result shows that attitude, religiosity, knowledge, functional factor, and trust have a significant and positive influence on the intention to support the Islamic commercial and social integration. Moreover, trust also moderates the positive influence of knowledge on Gen Z intention

Unlocking Inclusive Growth: The Impact of Shariah Investment in Indonesia
This study aims to examine the role of Shariah investment in inclusive growth in Indonesia. Shariah investment is measured through Shariah stocks and Sukuk. The study also adds several control variables adopted from separate literature, including the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, as determinants of inclusive growth. Unlike previous studies, testing is employed using several different measurements of inclusive growth. Using principal component analysis (PCA) to measure the composite index of inclusive growth and time series regression models with monthly data at the national level throughout 2011-2022, this study produces several main findings. There is evidence that Shariah investment plays a role in inclusive growth in Indonesia, although the results are quite varied. Shariah stocks were found to play a significant role in reducing poverty and unemployment, while Sukuk played a role in reducing poverty and inequality. At the same time, both were able to promote the strengthening of the Human Development Index (HDI) and overall quality of inclusive growth. This study also found that the Covid-19 pandemic was significant in suppressing the performance of inclusive growth in Indonesia.

Determinants of Micro and Small Enterprise’s Interest to Participate in Self-Declare Halal Certification
The Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) market share is expected to increase with the halal certification of their products and services. However, MSEs have limited resources. In response, the Government introduced a self-declare halal certification program in 2022. From the total number of MSEs, which reached 8.7 million units as of March 2023, only about 79 thousand have self-declare halal certificates. Therefore, this study aims to analyze internal and external factors that influence the interest of MSEs towards halal certification through a self-declare scheme. The study involves 86 MSEs respondents from Bogor, West Java. Using Partially Least Square (PLS) with a second-order approach. The findings reveal that internal factors marginally affect MSE's interest to pursue self-declare halal certification. The three strongest indicators of internal factors are: (1) improving human resource performance, (2) increasing efficiency and financial returns, and (3) awareness of religiosity. Interestingly, external factors do not influence the interest of MSEs to obtain self-declare halal certification, except for government policy, which significantly impact the intention in the first-order test. The main implication of this research is the importance of more substantial government support to help MSEs obtaining halal certification such as socialization, training as well as mentoring Halal Self Declare Certification at an affordable cost.

Mekanisme Pasar dalam Pandangan Yahya bin Umar
The market mechanism is the tendency for supply and demand to equilibrate (i.e., prices move to the market-clearing level), so that there is neither excess demand, nor excess supply, as introduced by Adam Smith (1729-1790) and later developed by the classical economists. In the literature of the history of Islamic economic thought, there have been many studies related to the issue of market mechanisms. Al-Ghazāli and Ibn Taimiyah argued that prices can influence the quantity demanded and supplied. Yahya bin Umar (828-901 AD) also discussed market mechanisms in his book Ahkām Assūq, which is the earliest work examining economic thought on hisbah. Therefore, this study aims to understand the market mechanism according to Yahya bin Umar's views as presented in his work Ahkām Assūq. The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach using literature review and content analysis. The findings of this study state that Yahya bin Umar's perspective on the market mechanism is the process of the intersection between demand and supply, which then determines the prices and volume of desired goods through the decree of Allah Swt.
